I hope you enjoy the recipes and tips on my site as much as I have enjoyed developing and cooking them

My recipes are influenced by many factors - from my childhood and early cooking experience to classic French training at Tante Marie School of Cookery to experience working at one of Gordon Ramsey's London restaurants to my current role working at Jamie Oliver's Fifteen.

Food is to be enjoyed whether it is a quick weekday supper or a Saturday night dinner party. Get stuck in and have a go.

Don't worry if you are not a great cook. I have tried to make my recipes simple and straightforward with plenty of photos to help you along.
